Evolv is a recreation planning and design consultancy built for clients who expect more. Foundation
Evolv carries the foundations of nearly two decades of work in the Australian and New Zealand recreation sector — formerly operating under the PlayRope brand, which became one of the most recognised names in playground supply and installation across the region. Over that time, more than 5,000 projects were delivered into communities of all shapes and sizes, from neighbourhood pocket parks to major aquatic centres and landmark destination playgrounds.
That depth of experience shaped everything Evolv is today. We know what works in the field because we've built it. We understand procurement, project management, contractor coordination, and the realities of delivering complex recreation infrastructure — and we bring that knowledge to every client engagement, regardless of project scale.
Evolv was created to take that foundation further — to build a consultancy that leads with design, operates with rigour, and consistently raises the standard of what recreational spaces can be.
